What have I been up to?
Some of my readers will notice that I haven’t been hubbing for a couple of weeks. I do post short comments at the Hubbers’ Hang-out to show signs of life, though. The reason is not an acute on chronic writer’s block, but a little detour to experiment with blogging. I responded to Lissie’s call to start a blog at Today.com and had been experimenting with short pieces relating to a general theme. That general theme is “Hong Kong”. The pieces there are 100 to 200 words in length. This has been a good experiment for someone who can’t find much time to write regularly. So sometimes I finish these small pieces in 20 minutes or before my wife protests that I’ve been spending hours at the computer, whichever comes first. These short pieces are lacking in depth. They are, however, still educational for me to write, in that I have to try to outline the story, color it with my own ideas, and then quickly make my point and close. Here you’d find some of my short pieces: (If you happen to drop by, do tell me what you think.)

Ok, that explains why the absence of the hubs! You have not gotten back to my poetry like you said you would (or i think you said you would!) LOL I'll go over and check what you have been writing but I do hope you still find the time to write here, you know you're sorely missed! :D
I'm so glad to know you're well and still writing. You are missed here though. I always enjoy your wit. :) I read your survivor blog, loved it, and will try to read more of them later. ;)
Thanks Beson... you are one naughty doctor and as I can see an expert in oral sex: http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-give-great-oral-sex
exactly what the doctor recommended for my prompt recovery LOL
Hi Benson, you are a great guy!
Loved your new blog Benson. Left you a message over there in Hong Kong!
Holy crap, Benson! For someone who hasn't had time to be around much, you put me to shame - you are very prolific, my friend!
I will definitely make a visit to your Hong Kong blogs. We have to support our favourite Hub Doctor!
A-OK. I just read your blog about the notebook that you bought and buzzed you. That was my first buzz...wow. I didn't know I could do it.
Benson, my funny friend! I buzzed you up on Today. It's all good, but you can try to annoy me over and over again if it makes you happy. Might be a challenge for you, though - I'm a very tolerant person.
Hope you had a terrific time, even though you call it a break you were involved in writing at other places. Love to visit Hong Kong someday and taste its finest cuisine. Cheers.
Hi great hub, like your style, and read a lot of your comments on various other hubs.
Benson no matter what you do or where you write, there is magic.
I'm confused, doc. The caption says, "Benson Yeung at Hong Kong Today", but that's a picture of a dog......
Things haven't changed THAT much, have they???? :-))))

Hi, so that is what you have been up to :)
I loved your piece on Who is a survivor. Having gone through so many health issues in the past year I felt identified with it and although I am still in bed (not for long I hope) I consider myself a survivor.
